Emanuele Ricotti
My name is Emanuele Ricotti and the gym has been my home since I was 16.
Today, as an IFBB Pro athlete, I bring my competitive experience to the daily life of anyone who wants to change their body and mindset.
Since 2013, I've been working in the fitness industry with a clear goal: to help people feel comfortable in their own skin, improving not only their physical appearance but, above all, their overall physical well-being.
What can you expect from working with me?
• Ten years of experience : I have been working in the fitness sector since 2013, following both competitive and amateur athletes.
• Scientific method : I have been an ISSA certified Personal Trainer since 2015 and I practice continuous training (I am currently studying at John Jewett's J3 University).
• Personalized approach : I have studied and learned from the best athletes and coaches in the world the most diverse training techniques to adapt to the people in front of me.

Anna Setlak
I'm Anna Setlak, a certified personal trainer since 2017 and an IFBB Pro League professional Bikini competitor.
My journey into the world of fitness began over ten years ago, with the simple goal of improving my body. I soon discovered a deep passion for this sport, which continues to guide my work and competitive career today.
Since 2017, I've supported more than 500 women in achieving a better relationship with their bodies, promoting a healthy, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle. Thanks to ongoing training and the experience gained with trainers from around the world, I've been able to experiment with different approaches, integrating them into my work method to offer a personalized and truly effective program.
I don't promise instant results: my goal is to help you achieve lasting transformation, teaching you consistency, good habits, dedication, and above all, sharing my love for this sport.
In addition to my personal training activity, I am also a posing coach for the Bikini, Wellness and Fit Model categories in various federations.
Dr. Giacomo Lucchesi - Nutrition Biologist
Even before being a professional, I always considered myself an athlete.
Sport has always been a part of my life.
I come from the world of triathlon and endurance sports, but I've always practiced and loved bodybuilding, because I firmly believe that strength and muscle are the foundation and support of any athletic performance and a healthy body over time.
I'm a registered nutrition biologist with a degree in Sports Science. In my work, I combine nutrition, training, and lifestyle with a practical, personalized, and sustainable approach.
I have a private practice in Vimercate and actively collaborate with the Pro Team, developing and supervising nutritional programs for the athletes.
In the journey we'll take together, training and nutrition always go hand in hand: one supports the other, with the goal of achieving real, lasting results, without ever compromising your health, respecting your physical characteristics and what you truly enjoy doing.

Prima ancora che un professionista, mi sono sempre considerato uno sportivo.
Lo sport fa parte della mia vita da sempre.
Arrivo dal mondo del triathlon e degli sport di endurance, ma ho sempre praticato e amato anche il bodybuilding, perché credo fermamente che la forza e la componente muscolare siano la base e il supporto di qualsiasi prestazione sportiva e di un corpo sano nel tempo.
Sono biologo nutrizionista iscritto regolarmente all’Albo e laureato in Scienze Motorie. Nel mio lavoro unisco nutrizione, allenamento e stile di vita, con un approccio concreto, personalizzato e sostenibile.
Ho uno studio privato a Vimercate e collaboro attivamente con il Pro Team, occupandomi della stesura e della supervisione dei programmi nutrizionali per gli atleti.
Nel percorso che faremo insieme, allenamento e nutrizione viaggiano sempre in parallelo: uno supporta l’altro, con l’obiettivo di ottenere risultati reali, duraturi, senza mai compromettere la salute, rispettando le tue caratteristiche fisiche e anche ciò che ti piace davvero fare.
